I have spent ten minutes on your website trying to place an order. I was ready to pay but then noticed that I had ordered dog food instead of cat food. I spent another 5 minutes trying to empty my cart but was unable to find how. I tried chat and when I finally got Tony I hit a key and the screen told me to call and 800 number - another wait and I hung up. I can order at Amazon or PetSmart if you don't want my money.
