Class Action Settlement Claims

If a company settles a Class Action Lawsuit for a product that you've purchased, you may be eligible to receive a cash compensation payment or free product replacements but you must file a claim first and in some cases, provide proof of purchase. Below, you will find a list of open Class Action Settlements (by newest first).

If you find a settlement that you are eligible to submit a claim for, here's generally what you will need to do:

  1. Verify that you qualify for the the settlement.
  2. Click through the claim form and provide the required information.
  3. Wait for your check to arrive, usually within 3-6 months, but sometimes up to 2 years (if your claim is approved).

Each settlement website will provide the complete details about the lawsuit, settlement, claim and compensation.

If you do not qualify for a settlement, do NOT file a claim. Remember, you are submitting your claim under penalty of perjury. You are also harming other eligible Class Members by submitting a fraudulent claim.

Walmart Weighed Groceries Settlement - If you purchased Weighted Goods and/or Bagged Citrus in-person at a Walmart Store from October 19, 2018 through and including January 19, 2024, you may be eligible to receive a cash payment from a class action settlement with NO proof of purchase required! Weighted Goods are packaged meat, poultry, pork, and seafood sold at Walmart with varying weights. And, Bagged Citrus are organic oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, and navel oranges sold in Walmart Stores in bulk in mesh or plastic bags. Deadline to file a claim is June 5, 2024. Babe Lash Class Action Settlement - If you purchased Babe Lash between June 1, 2019 and January 19, 2024, you may be eligible to receive up to $25.00 without proof of purchase. This lawsuit alleges that Elixir failed to disclose information regarding Babe Lash Essential Lash Serum, Babe Lash Eyelash Serum, Babe Amplifying Brow Serum and ‎‎Babe Brow Serum, including that an ingredient, Isopropyl Cloprostenate, is a prostaglandin analog which poses undisclosed risks of adverse reactions. Deadline to file a claim is April 19, 2024. Submit a Claim to be included in this settlement.

Pine-Sol Scented Products Class Action Settlement - If you purchased certain Pine-Sol Scented products between November 1, 2018, and November 15, 2023, you may be eligible to receive a cash payment from a class action settlement. The Pine-Sol products included in this Settlement include Pine-Sol Multi-Surface Cleaners in Lavender Clean, Sparkling Wave, and Lemon Fresh scents; all CloroxPro Pine-Sol All Purpose Cleaners in Lavender Clean, Sparking Wave, Lemon Fresh, and Orange Energy scents; and Clorox Professional Pine-Sol Lemon Fresh cleaners. Original (Pine Scent) is not included in the Settlement. Proof of Purchase is not required for up to 2 items claimed. Deadline to file a claim is February 7, 2024. Hefty and Great Value Recycling Bags Class Action Settlement - If you purchased clear and blue transparent Recycling bags sold under the Hefty and/or Great Value brands between July 20, 2018, and August 30, 2023, you may be eligible to receive a cash payment from a class action settlement. This lawsuit alleges that Reynolds violated certain laws by mislabeling the recycling bags here. Plaintiffs allege that these representations were misleading because “Recycling” trash bags are not recyclable at many solid waste disposal facilities and are not suitable for the disposal of recyclable products at solid waste disposal facilities. Without proof of purchase, class members may receive $2.00 for each Product purchased, for a maximum of six (6) products claimed for a total of twelve dollars ($12). With proof, claim of up to twenty-five (25) Products for a total of fifty dollars ($50). Deadline to file a claim is December 13, 2023. Submit a Claim to be included in this settlement.

Batiste Dry Shampoo Class Action Settlement - If you purchased one or more of the Bare Products or Batiste Products prior to May 30, 2023, you may be eligible to receive a cash payment from a class action settlement. This lawsuit alleges that Batiste dry shampoo products marketed by Church & Dwight, Co., Inc. allegedly contained unsafe levels of benzene. Without proof of purchase, class members may receive $2.00 for each Bare or Batiste Product purchased, for a maximum of five products claimed. With proof, cash payment will be for full purchase price for as many Bare Products purchased and identified on the Claim Form. Deadline to file a claim is November 15, 2023. Dole Fruit Bowls Class Action Settlement - If you a purchased Dole brand and Dole Fruit Bowls products, including Cherry Mixed Fruit; Diced Apples; Diced Pears; Diced/Chunk Mango; Papaya Mango; Peach Mango; Mandarin Oranges; Mixed Fruit; Pineapple Tidbits/Slices/Chunks/Crushed; Mixed Fruit; Pineapple Paradise; Red Grapefruit Sunrise; Melon Medley; Tropical Fruit; or Diced/Sliced Peaches labeled “in 100% juice” or “in 100% fruit juice” between January 12, 2017, and June 27, 2023, you may be eligible to receive a cash payment and other benefits from a class action settlement. This lawsuit contends that Defendant advertised, marketed, and sold the Fruit representing that they are contained “in 100% fruit juice” or “in 100% juice” when they contain trace amounts of ascorbic acid and/or citric acid or other ingredients. Without proof of purchase, class members may receive a cash refund of up to $9 per household or up to $18 with proof. Deadline to file a claim is September 25, 2023. VS Hand Sanitizer Settlement - If you a purchased a Hand Sanitizer Product that was sold or otherwise distributed by Artnaturals, Inc. between January 1, 2015 and May 23, 2023, you may be eligible to receive a cash payment and other benefits from a class action settlement. This lawsuit alleges that Virgin Scent manufactured, marketed, distributed, and sold adulterated and misbranded hand sanitizer products that contained dangerously high levels of benzene without disclosing the benzene to consumers. With proof of purchase, class members are not limited in the number of products they can claim. Without proof of purchase, class members can claim 10 products. Class members can also receive up to $1,000 in medical monitoring. Deadline to file a claim is August 25, 2023. Submit a Claim to be included in this settlement.

Facebook User Privacy Settlement - If you were a Facebook user in the United States between May 24, 2007, and December 22, 2022, inclusive, you may be eligible for a cash payment from a Class Action Settlement. You can apply even if you're no longer a member, but you will have to remember your username and other details. This lawsuit alleges that Facebook (now Meta Platforms, Inc.) shared or otherwise made accessible to third parties (including but not limited to third-party app developers, “whitelisted” parties, business partners, advertisers, and data brokers) user data and data about users’ friends without permission of the users whose data was shared, and did not sufficiently monitor and enforce third-party access or use of that data. JUUL Labs Settlement - If you purchased JUUL products from retail stores or from JUUL directly online before December 7, 2022, you may be eligible to receive up to $300 with no proof of purchase. This lawsuit alleges it concealed the addictiveness of its e-cigarettes to sell to consumers and minors. Deadline to file a claim is July 14, 2023. Submit a Claim to be included in this settlement.

Pork Indirect Purchaser Class Action Settlement - If you live in Arizona, California, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, or West Virginia and you purchased Pork between January 1, 2009, through April 2, 2021, you may be eligible to receive a cash payment. No proof of purchase is necessary. Deadline to file a claim is June 30, 2023. Submit a Claim to be included in this settlement.

Thinx Period Underwear Settlement - If you bought a pair of Thinx Period Underwear between November 12, 2016 and November 28, 2022, you may be eligible to receive up to $10.50 with no proof of purchase or $21 with proof. This lawsuit makes allegations regarding the presence of short chain per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances ("PFAS"), Agion anti-microbial treatment, and the organic cotton line of the underwear. Celsius Class Action Settlement Claim Form - If you purchased a Celsius Beverage or Powdered Drink between January 1, 2015 And November 23, 2022, you may be eligible to receive up to $20 with no proof of purchase or up to $250 with proof. This lawsuit alleges that the “No Preservatives” claim on the front of the Products violated state consumer protection laws and common law, and that as a direct result of such violations purchasers were economically injured. You do not need to provide any documentary proof if you are electing to receive a Cash Payment or the Credit Services Option. Deadline to file a claim is February 13, 2023. Nestle Coffee-Mate Class Action Settlement Claim Form - If you purchased certain Coffee mate Powder Creamer Product(s) between January 1, 2017, and December 8, 2022 (see list), you may be eligible to receive up $5.00 per Household without proof or up to $40 with proof. This lawsuit alleges that the Label on certain Coffee mate powder coffee creamer Products manufactured by Nestle USA, Inc. states that the Products are capable of making up to a specified number of servings, and the Products do not always yield the represented number of servings when consumers follow the “Serving Size” instructions on the Label. Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants Claim Form - If you used a credit or debit card at a Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurant between April 23, 2019, and October 29, 2020, you may be eligible to receive (A) Expense Reimbursement (up to a maximum of $5,000); (B) Cash Payment (estimated to be $100 for California residents and $50 for other Class Members), and (C) Credit Services. Smashburger Claim Form - If you purchased and/or consumed Smashburger Triple Double burgers between July 1, 2017 and May 31, 2019, you may be eligible to receive a voucher or cash payment. To qualify, you must have purchased and/or consumed a hamburger sold under the Smashburger brand with any name that included the phrase “Triple Double,” including but not limited to, one or more of the following hamburgers listed below between July 1, 2017 and May 31, 2019.

Overcharged for Chicken Products Class Action Claim Form - If you purchased between 2009 and 2020, you may be eligible to receive a cash payment. No proof of purchase is required. The Lawsuit alleges several chicken processors including Fieldale, George’s, Mar-Jac, Peco, Pilgrim’s, and Tyson, conspired to restrict the supply of, and fix, raise, and stabilize the price of chicken, as of January 1, 2009, in violation of federal and state consumer and antitrust laws. Rodan & Fields Class Action Claim Form - If you purchased Lash Boost from Rodan + Fields (“R+F”) for personal, family, or household purposes between October 1, 2016, and March 11, 2022, you may be eligible to receive a cash payment of $175 with no proof of purchase or up to $500 with proof. The lawsuit alleges that R+F failed to disclose information regarding Lash Boost, including that an ingredient, Isopropyl Cloprostenate, is a prostaglandin analog which poses undisclosed risks of adverse reactions, and is similar in chemical structure to certain medications. Palmer's Class Action Claim Form - If you purchased any Palmer's brand products that stated “for stretch marks” or “helps reduce the appearance of stretch marks” on the labels, between December 31, 2016, and March 15, 2022, you may be eligible to receive a cash payment. No proof of purchase is required. The lawsuit alleges that the representations that the Products are “for stretch marks” and “help reduce the appearance of stretch marks” are false and misleading. Old Navy Class Action Claim Form - If you made any purchase in-store or online from an Old Navy or an Old Navy Outlet in the United States between November 12, 2015 and December 2, 2021, you can file a claim to get a $5 Gift Card (no proof of purchase is required) or a $20 if you have proof. The lawsuit alleges that Old Navy engaged in deceptive advertising by advertising false reference prices on merchandise in-store and online at Old Navy and Old Navy Outlets in the United States. McCormick Pepper Products Class Action Claim Form - If you reside in California, Florida, or Missouri and you purchased certain McCormick brand or private label brand Black Pepper Products in the United States from January 1, 2015 through January 27, 2020, you may be eligible to receive $4.00 per container if you have proof of purchase or a maximum of $8.00 per household without a proof of purchase required. Atkins Nutritionals Class Action Claim Form - If you purchased Atkins products that contained any sugar alcohol (including but not limited to maltitol) or polyol (including but not limited to glycerin) from January 1, 2013 to the present for purchases in New York, Missouri and/or California, and from January 1, 2014 to the present for purchases in any other state, you may be eligible to receive a settlement check if you file a claim. TikTok Class Action Claim Form - If you registered for or used the Musical.ly and/or TikTok software application when under the age of 13 and are the parent or legal guardian of a child who registered for or used the App when under the age of 13, you may be eligible to receive a settlement check between $10-$15 if you file a claim. Infant's Tylenol Claim Form - If you purchased Infants’ Tylenol for personal or household use at any time from October 3, 2014 to January 6, 2020, you may be eligible to receive a settlement check if you file a claim. Class Members may claim $2.15 for every 1 and 2 fl. oz. bottle of Infants’ Tylenol purchased. A maximum of 7 bottles or $15.05 may be claimed without proof of purchase.
