I got the email right after I finished the skin analysis. At the bottom of the email, it says "3 complimentary samples of your choice with every order. So, you have to pay to get the "free samples"

This is ABSOLUTELY NOT a fake sample!!! I received this completely free of charge. It is a nice size package of samples, tailored to the skin analysis you take on the website. I received my sample over a year ago, but I'm hearing they now charge a 2.95 shipping fee, whoever decides they want it, it's well worth it. Thanks VONBEAU😊😊

I filled out the skin analysis and they sent me an email and in that email I tapped on the samples and when I tried to login it said they didn't recognize my email address, so if so how did they email me???? Crazy. So I redid everything and there is no samples except for the 3 you get if you buy their products 😥 disappointed!

Hi Sophie, This questionnaire is on the Mario Badescu website so you do not need a facebook account to fill it out.

I am not on face book and that looks like the only way to fill out the questionnaire and receive free samples. Also, I have been waiting for my $90 product certificate from the class action suit, and can find nothing as to when I can place an order against this refund.

I ordered my samples like a week ago. I saw on FB that most people got theirs pretty quickly. I'm hoping they actually come. I've wanted to purchase their line for some time but with my sensitive skin I can't afford to purchase items without trying them out. I stick to Sephora items since I can get samples before purchasing.

Hey Betty, We've received these samples before and confirm that the offer is legitimate. We suggest using a different browser or clearing your cache and trying again. Also, if you don't reply to the email they send you, you won't get the samples.

they would not let me select the state or country on mine must be a fake sample. not the first time I have tried to get one from them.

I signed myself and my mother up for these samples,and boy was I impressed when they arrived,the package came with 6-8 small containers of several different products,a "How to apply" sheet and a product catalog.I was really happy!Thanks vonbeau for posting this!

Mario badescu usually sends an email asking if you want free samples. Check your junk folder, because thats where mine was sent.

What if we requested these samples before? Does it still work

I did all that was suggested with regard to the Mario Badescu samples but have received nothing. I even sent an email to their customer service department but never received a reply.
