Dear JPay Customer,
We know it's important to stay connected to those who mean the most, especially with uneasiness surrounding new cases of the Coronavirus in the United States. We were informed that the Florida Department of Corrections has restricted facility access to all non-essential personnel to reduce the chance of staff or inmates contracting the virus which unfortunately includes in-person visits from family and friends. However, to help ensure you can still connect during this time of care and concern, JPay and the Florida Department of Corrections have worked together to provide one free video communication.
Beginning today, Friday, March 13, 2020 through April 5, 2020, one free video session credit will be provided into your JPay account. This update will display when you schedule on JPay.com or the mobile app.
Warm regards,
Your JPay Team
