Hi Susan, Yes, you do have to enter a cc but if your total is $0 you won't be charged. We suggest using a prepaid card with little or no balance. :)

Thanks! I was just checking my messages when I saw the post about Rue La La - I had forgotten all about it til now and glad I signed up back then - still had the $10 sign up credit which enabled me to get a beautiful $20 silver ornament for $9.90 with free shipping - my cost.... FREE ! Thanks again!
