Sorry to hear you had an issue with it. Did you go to www.halfoffdepot.com/redemptio
n and enter your voucher number? I just did and then checked my account and it says my voucher has been redeemed. I read on the bottom of the voucher page that "Following redemption, you will receive your eGift Card in 3-5
business days. The email will be sent to the email address used for your Half Off Depot account.". So, I'm guessing that "Redeemed" just means you've redeemed the voucher to get the eGiftCard emailed to you. They could make the process a little more clear though.

I got one and it already says its been redeemed. I submitted a ticket to support. Not impressed at all with halfoffdepot so far.
