Hey Wendy, you are only considered a Cafe Express member if you have items on Auto Ship. I would suggest waiting until your items arrive to cancel. Then just give customer care a call at 888-350-5287 and tell them you want cancel your Cafe EXPRESS recurring orders. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

My order has already been shipped, and I clicked on remove. The website gave me a message that says "You must have at least one recurring item in your cart to be a member of Cafe EXPRESS." I am just making sure, but does this mean that I am not a cafe express member? Do i still need to wait to cancel my membership as a cafe express member?

Hey lalas57! That amex card is definitely very handy for freebie offers like this. So glad you were able to get some goodies and congrats on the coffee win!! We didn't even know about the meteor shower so thanks for the heads up. I just read that the best time to see the meteors will be between 11 p.m. Saturday and 5:30 a.m. Sunday. I'm sure we'll be peeking out to see if we can catch a glimpse of them. Have a great weekend! :)

Thanks "kids" - you are the ages of my children so... Hey Alexis, Wait until you order has shipped then log in to your account and click on My Account. Under where it says Open Café EXPRESS Orders click on View/Modify Order. Under the Actions, click Remove. It's that easy. :)
