Hi Mark, VonBeau does not send out prepaid cards. This is an offer from Comcast/Xfinity. You will need to contact XFINITY at 1-877-435-6683 and they will be able to let you know the status of your prepaid card.

Hi Tina, Give XFINITY a call at 1-877-435-6683 and they should be able to let you know the status of your prepaid card.

You have to sign up for XFINITY TV, Internet, Voice,

or Home Secure and remain in good standing for 60 days. So, you will have to pay the fee for the service as long as you have it active (cost will depend on the service you choose).
