Hey Daniela, I posted above where you can find your free credit. Did you check your Active store credits in your account?

Hey flibbityjibbet, The $10 credit won't be emailed to you. You can find it in your account. Just log into your account, then click "My account" in the upper right hand corner. Scroll down and you will see where it says "Active store credits". When you check out, you will see your credit towards the bottom of the check out process to apply to your order.
