If you have shut down the site and the program then you should make sure that the offers to join don't make their way to the actual products. I just cut mine off of a new box of your intense shades-

Medium violet. I'm assuming that since the box says it's a new look, then it is ...or maybe the product is too old and I should return it to the store I purchased it at. Very confusing and disappointing.
