Shopper runner I have to spent $25 for free shipping. Express keep giving me “free shipping” codes that don’t work. I looked around and someone said to use google chrome, which I did, and still didn’t work. This is weird because the shipping codes used to work last year. The support is unless the working couldn’t even help me. So if I want to get free shipping I’m have to spend the $25. Oh well
