Hey Ria, Thank you so much for letting us know about the issue with the discount. I recently emailed Glyde to make sure this promotion was still valid. I also had trouble using this discount code. It never said anything about 5$ off during check out. So I had emailed this particular company to see why it was not working, and this is what they said :

Hi Amanda, The $5 is not a credit that shows up in your account. It is a coupon that is automatically applied to your first purchase. Once you add an item to your cart, you will see the discount applied [See pic above].
