@BrianE they actual do give you those measurements its actually under PD which stands for pupillary distance

PD, or pupillary distance, refers to the distance in millimeters between the center of one pupil to the center of the other. Having a correct PD on your glasses prescription insures that you are looking through the ideal spot in your lenses, all my prescriptions for my eyeglasses always have that so if yours don't i would recommend going to another eye doctor.

I've bought online "prescription" glasses before and the information they request from you to make sure they fit you is information that your eye doctor cannot even provide. Specifically the size in millimeters space between both of your pupils. As well as other measurements that don't show up on the prescription your eye doctor gives you and even after asking my eye doctor they said they cannot provide that information. So I tried the method provided by Zillow of looking in a mirror with a measuring tape on my forehead and reading the millimeters and upon receiving the glasses the points of focus were way off and gave me a headache wearing them. So for $1 you're not risking much but don't expect the glasses to work LOL.
