Sponsor: This giveaway is sponsored by VonBeau ("Sponsor"). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon, Walmart, Target, Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must have an active VonBeau website account and have the VonBeau email newsletter enabled and active in their profile settings at the time the winner is selected.
How to Enter: To enter, ensure the VonBeau email newsletter is enabled and active in your VonBeau profile settings. No additional action is required. Only 1 entry per person. Multiple accounts or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.
Giveaway Period: This is a recurring daily giveaway. 1 winner will be randomly selected each day from eligible subscribers. Sponsor reserves the right to pause, modify, or end the giveaway at any time.
Winner Selection & Notification: Winners are randomly selected from eligible entries. Winners are announced in the daily VonBeau newsletter. No additional direct notification will be sent.
Claiming the Prize: Winners must claim their prize by contacting VonBeau through the website’s messaging/contact system while logged into their account. Email responses will not be accepted.
Prizes must be claimed before midnight (local time) on the day following the winner announcement. Failure to claim within the time period will result in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Details: Prizes consist of digital gift cards. Brand and value may vary. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable digital prizes due to incorrect contact information or account issues.
Newsletter Activity Requirement: Subscribers who do not click at least 1 link in the VonBeau newsletter within a 28-day period may be automatically unsubscribed by the system and will not be eligible to win unless re-subscribed and active at the time of winner selection.
Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible newsletter subscribers at the time of each daily drawing.
Publicity: By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their username for promotional purposes (such as newsletter announcements) without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, website downtime, email delivery failures, account access issues, or any other errors that may affect entry or prize notification.
