PRIZES

Grand Prize: There will be three (3) grand prizes (the “Grand Prize”) awarded; one (1) for each Period. Each Grand Prize winner (“Winner”) will receive ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) awarded in the form of a check. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00).

First Prize: There will be 30 first prizes (the “First Prize”) awarded; ten (10) for each Period. Each First Prize Winner will receive a Vitacost swag bag consisting of: Vitacost goodies and a 20% off coupon. The ARV of each First Prize is fifty dollars ($50.00).
