One (1) Grand Prize: Prize will consist of a trip for Winner and one (1) guest to attend a live taping of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, date and time to be determined at the sole discretion of Prize Provider, at a venue in the United States to be determined. Trip will include the following: (a) roundtrip air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major airport located within the United States near Winner’s place of residence (as selected in Sponsor’s/Prize Provider for Grand Prize’s sole discretion) to a major airport located near the Event, (b) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations in a standard/double occupancy room (as selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion) for Winner and Guest at Event location; (c) roundtrip transfers for Winner and Guest in between the airport and hotel at Event location; (d) two (2) tickets for Winner and Guest to the Event; (e) Nutella Biscuits n’ Besties kit. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is three thousand five hundred fifty and 00/100 dollars ($3,550).
