Monthly Sweepstakes Period #1

One (1) Grand Prize - A $10,000 Technology Upgrade. Upgrade consists of a technology upgrade of Winner’s choice, valued up to $10,000.00. In the event Winner selects a technology upgrade valued at less than $10,000.00, the Winner will receive the remainder of the $10,000 in form of a check which can be used as a tax offset for the prize. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $10,000.00. All warranties and guarantees are subject to the manufacturers or service providers warranties and guarantees.

OR, in lieu of the Technology Upgrade, the Grand Prize Winner may elect to receive the cash alternative of $10,000.00, to be awarded to the Winner in the form of a check. By accepting the cash alternative, the Grand Prize Winner is forfeiting their right to the Technology Upgrade.

Monthly Sweepstakes Period #2

One (1) Grand Prize - A Kitchen Upgrade, consisting of one (1) night with a private chef and an appliance and/or kitchen tools upgrade (does not include things such as cabinets, flooring, backsplash, countertops). OR one (1) year’s (12 months) worth of Winner-selected food delivery service, not to exceed $10,000. In the event the Kitchen Upgrade or the year’s worth of food delivery service is less than $10,000, Winner will receive the remainder of the $10,000 in form of a check to be used as a tax offset. In the event the Grand Prize Winner selects the Kitchen Upgrade, it is limited to appliances and tools (this does not cover upgrading countertops, cabinets, etc.). ARV: $10,000.00.

OR, in lieu of the Kitchen Upgrade or the one-year supply of food delivery service, the Grand Prize Winner may elect to receive the cash alternative of $10,000.00. By accepting the cash alternative, the Grand Prize Winner is forfeiting their right to the Kitchen Upgrade and one-year supply of food delivery service.

Monthly Sweepstakes Period #3

One (1) Grand Prize - A Home Entertainment System Upgrade (such as a TV, video projector, surround sound, sound bar, media streamer, gaming console, etc.), specific upgrade items to be selected by Grand Prize Winner; OR a Private Movie Viewing at a local movie theater near Winner’s residence with a group of Winner’s friends and/or family, including ground transportation to and from the theater. Private Movie Viewing is subject to Sponsor’s prior approval and ability to procure the theater on a mutually agreed upon date and time. If Winner selects the Private Movie Viewing, the specific movie to be shown shall be selected by Winner from among a theater-provided list of films available at that time. In the event the Home Entertainment Upgrade or Private Movie Viewing cost is less than $10,000, Winner will receive the remainder of the $10,000 in form of a check to be used as a tax offset.

OR, in lieu of the Entertainment Upgrade or Private Movie Viewing, the Grand Prize Winner may elect to receive the cash alternative of $10,000.00. By accepting the cash alternative, the Grand Prize Winner is forfeiting their right to the Entertainment Upgrade and Private Movie Viewing.
