(1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize: Private tennis lesson for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner with Venus Williams scheduled to occur on Sponsor’s choice of dates approximately between October 15th, 2025 and November 15th, 2025 in West Palm Beach, Florida. This date is subject to change and is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize includes the following:

• Round-trip coach air transportation for Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest from a major airport, as determined by Sponsor, near Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner’s residence to Miami, Florida;
