PRIZES

SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZES (50): There are fifty (50) grand prizes (“Grand Prizes”). The Grand Prize winners (“Grand Prize Winners”) will receive a year's worth of movies delivered as one (1) $500 Fandango Promo Code (“Fandango Code”) or one (1) $500 Vudu Promo Code (“Vudu Code”). There will be twenty-five (25) Grand Prize Winners that will receive a Fandango Promo Code and twenty-five (25) Grand Prize Winners that will receive a Vudu Code. Administrator will randomly choose the Grand Prize that each Grand Prize Winner will receive. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $500.
