They say the order confirmation email includes a link to subscription info where you can cancel risk-free anytime, but the only link provided sends you back to your cart order page. The tracking page on their website says order number not found. The tracking link I was sent just says China/processing and has not updated. I filled out their online Contact Us form and never received an email follo-up (e.g. zendesk).
