You should be able to cash out the $10 bonus for joining. I would definitely contact their customer support.

Doesn’t work like that. I earned $61 by connecting accounts and joining clubs and I am only eligible to cash out $1.

Used the code and it is asking for $3.00 shipping fee

Note: I initially used 2012 as my birth year but didn't qualify. I used 2008 in a different web browser and it worked.
