UPDATE After I signed up I looked at my paypal and it was going to be a reoccurring charge. I couldn't seem to fix it on their site and they don't have a human agent. In the paypal app you can click off "cancel reoccurring charge" so I thought I'd share that because that is good to know with other subscription based stuff. I also removed their access to my account which I used to sign up. Apparently I had in the past as you can sign up with them for a free web based number. If need be, I may try again with a burner card.

They have briefly paused the redemption but said they will be re-enabling it soon and will let users know in-app.

I got through, it was quite slow as you've mentioned. Once the form goes through, you'll see a small message at the bottom that it was sent and all of the information provided will be cleared. :)

I just got it to work on desktop but the site is loading really slow at the moment, most likely due to the increase in traffic.

If you're on a phone, try switching to desktop mode. After you fill out and successfully submit the form, you will see a small message under the "Send" button that says "The form was sent successfully."
