I have the Android app, not sure where the app gets your name but it would not except my full name and cut off the last letters of my last name. The first promo code is FIRSTBALANCE

You don't have to add to your balance to claim the free ticket. To add a promo code on the website, click on your name at the bottom left, then Promo. If you're on the iOS app, tap on the profile icon at the bottom right then scroll down to Promos.

They do charge fees $1 and 15% per transaction. I did receive the free lottery ticket from Jamie. You have to load your account balance at a minimum of $10 plus $2.50=$12.50 fee before paying. I cannot accept the free slip - message says, drawing soon unable order slip now. Is there a time frame to actually accept the free slip? Not seeing the Promo arrow in my profile. Maybe after receiving the first free slip it will appear.
