Well, I bought the coffee and what they do is text to you and ask you to text the receipt and they will reimburse you through Venmo. Ok. Fine. I did that. I texted the receipt. No Venmo. I texted them to ping them and They said they need a picture of the entire receipt including the store name. OK. Fine. So I did that, I texted the entire receipt including the store name and the total. And I still haven't gotten anything through venmo. I texted them to say Hey did you see my message there I texted the whole receipt. No response this has been going on for days now I sent them the receipt again today and still no response and they even sent me an automated text saying "Hey just a reminder you need to text us that receipt"... And I'm so confused because I keep sending them the receipt! This is in the same text thread the very same text number that this is happening in!
