I haven't been able to either. I played once, didn't win, and the banner has said Shop to Play for the last 2 days.

The rules state "During each Entry Period you may play one (1) time and earn a bonus play once per day by making any purchase at Dollar General. Two (2) game plays maximum per person per day."

I've contacted DG and will update if I hear back.

Once I opened the app, it took about 30 seconds for the Play Now banner to load on the home screen.
