- A stylist will pick items for your Trunk based on the information you share then you'll be sent a preview of your Trunk which you must accept before they'll ship it.
- If you don't like your preview, you can deny it and request a new Trunk just be sure to let your stylist know exactly what you are looking for (and mention the cheaper the items, the better).
- There is a $25 styling fee, which goes toward anything you purchase from your trunk. Styling fees do not get charged until the trunk ships and leaves the warehouse. If there is any available credits on the account, the styling fee is taken from the available credits first. If there is not credits available then the styling fee is charged to the credit card when the the trunk ships out.
