Just click here then scroll to the bottom and fill out the form. Be sure to include your full mailing address (street, city, state and zip) in the Message box as well as your product preference (menstrual cup or period underwear) and the desired size. Period underwear come in sizes xs, s, m, l, xl, xxl, and 3X. Period cups come in S or L.
