Your Tuesday free giveaway is a joke. I’ve been a customer for 3 years and every time I try to use the Free Tuesday I get denied. It doesn’t matter Taco Bell not corporate store don’t take it Dunkin Doughnuts sorry franchise don’t take it . Today at Panda Express I asked the lady before we order she said yes they take it I said great my family ordered got to the register they couldn’t redeem it due to technical difficulties of some sort. So I paid again only now there a crowd of people all with the same issue and some had no money and were pissed off trust me. So I called to complain and guess what had to wait like 5 minutes before anyone even took my call. Not sure why you have a program that doesn’t work everywhere and why some location can chose not to honor it. But as a T mobile customer for over 3 year. I can honestly say I believe I will be looking to change phone companies due to the crap your Tuesday stuff cause me. Having kids with phone they can’t wait for Tuesday and then as Dad I’m out because no one honor your free stuff at least in Las Vegas. Please fix it or cancel it.
