They do require a Medicare card photo of the elderly (you can blur sensitive information). If you're chosen, they will contact you by email to get your mailing address and you'll be sent either a Reolink indoor IP camera E1 Pro or E1 (randomly chosen).

Thank you Vonbeau! I just received an email from Reolink that I was chosen to receive their E1 Camera! I was provided a coupon code and it was totally FREE! This is going to be a lifesaver for my elderly disabled mom, for the times I have to leave her alone. Thanks again!
