There are 3 separate entry periods. You can enter one time during each entry period but you can only win once. The Official Rules state the following:
There are three (3) separate Entry Periods during the Promotional Period. Participants may enter all three (3) Entry Periods, but are only eligible to win once during the Promotional period. Each of the three (3) Entry Periods listed below will be open from 00:00:00 ET on the first date through 11:59:00 ET on the last date listed below for each Entry Period. All entries must be received by 11:59:00 ET on the last day of the Entry Period
