FREE 1-Year National Parks Pass for 4th Graders and Their Families - Every Kid in a Park is a program created so fourth graders and their families could discover our wildlife, resources, and history for free. Starting in September, kids in 4th grade this school year can sign up to get their free pass that is valid for the duration of the 4th grade school year though the following summer (September-August). You will need to print your pass and bring it with you when you visit any parks. Electronic copies aren't accepted. This pass gives your 4th grader and your family free access to hundreds of parks, lands, and waters for an entire year.     I wish this wasnt limited to just 4th graders. I have a 2nd grader who would love to do this
