Also when I talked with a customer service representative they told me that they couldn’t give me any credit since it was an order from a third party seller.

It may just depend on the rep you get. Several members of our group contacted support and some got a $5, $10 or $20 credit but others didn't get any. You could always try chatting with them again.

Ok thanks for the information Jamie. It is just ridiculous because if someone were to buy those items at that sellers regular price one 9 pack of underwear costs over $60 which makes it seem like this company is a scam.

My order was cancelled due to a technical issue it said. Never got a token of apology. The company only got 2 stars out of 5 on 90 reviews and a ton of the reviews said that their orders was cancelled due to technical issues. What a scam company.

I had to chat with a customer service rep to get the credit. That company's rating was 4 stars and 80% positive before they canceled orders.

Our orders were canceled as well. I got on chat w/Amazon and the rep told me the seller "Straight from the Crate" canceled the order from their end stating that the items are temporarily out of stock. They issued me a $5 credit as a token of apology.
