FREE America’s ToothFairy Kids' Club Kit from NCOHF

NCOHF offers a FREE America’s ToothFairy Kids’ Club Kit to children, ages 4-9. Mailed four times a year to a child’s home, the Kids’ Club newsletter provides information and educational activities for children. Included in each mailed newsletter, a child will receive a personalized message from the ToothFairy, activities related to oral health, and parents/caregivers also receive tips on ensuring dental health at home.
