Sam's Club: Free Health Screenings on March 11th from 11am to 4pm

Sam's Club is offering Free Health Screenings on March 11th from 11am to 4pm. Tests include glucose, total cholesterol, HDL (good cholesterol), risk ratio, blood pressure, body fat percentage and vision screening/testing. You do NOT have to be a member to take advantage of this offer. Membership not required. Screening types and quantities may vary by state and club. Limited quantities available. Screenings only available at clubs with a Pharmacy.
