Get Paid to Mystery Shop

Jan 3, 2016 @ 11:20PM CST | 9 Comments

Did you know that you can earn money and get free stuff for being a Mystery Shopper? Companies hire Mystery Shoppers to evaluate a specific retailer's customer service, see if certain standards are being met or to gather specific information about products and services. Mystery shops are relatively simple and not only are you paid for each shop evaluation you complete but you also get reimbursed if the shop requires you to make a purchase. Becoming a Mystery Shopper is easy (if you know where to look) and that's where we come in. We've been Mystery Shoppers for well over 10 years and have enjoyed free meals, free oil changes, free clothing and much more β€” on top of the shopper pay received. πŸ˜„ Below, you'll find a list of legitimate companies we personally use which are completely free to join and pay quickly via PayPal. They email out available shopping assignments and if you are interested in taking on the job, all you have to do is follow the instructions to sign up.

Additional Info

Legitimate Mystery Shopping companies will never ask for you to pay to join so be sure and avoid any sites asking for a payment because they are not actual companies that you do shopping for.

Follow the steps to get started today!

Step 1

Sign up as a Mystery Shopping Contractor. Visit the sites below and submit an application to join. Most of these use the SASSIE System but you have to join each separately. Be sure to completely fill out each form (the more details you provide, the better). You MUST click the link in the introductory email to verify your email address to receive shop offers by email. Remember, the more companies you register with, the more assignments you're going to have available to you so join as many as you can.

Reality Based Reports - Enter your email address, select your country then sign up.

Summit Scheduling - Click on "Become a Shopper" then fill out  to sign up.

JM Ridgway - Click on "New Mystery Shopper Application Form" then on "New Shoppers - Click Here to Start" and scroll to the bottom to agree that you've read the alert and proceed to sign up.

Kern Scheduling/KSS International - Click on "New Shopper Sign Up" then type your name in the box and click "Yes I Agree".

HS Brands/Service Sleuth - Enter your email address, select your country then sign up.

Mystery Shoppers - Click on "New Shopper Sign Up" then type your name in the box and click "Yes I Agree".

Step 2

Watch your email for Shop Offers. In order to participate in a shop, you will need to click on the link in the offer email and sign up for the assignment. These can fill up quickly so sign up as soon as you get the email if you want in.

Step 3

Perform the Mystery Shop. Each shop has different requirements and deadlines. Be sure to thoroughly read the instructions before you shop to insure that you properly complete all the requirements so you can get paid. Remember, if a shop requires a purchase as part of the evaluation, you will always be reimbursed for the amount listed.

Step 4

Submit your shop report. After you complete your shop, log into your account and complete the report and provide any required documentation (photo, copy of receipt, etc) within the required time frame.

Step 5

Get Paid. Once you submit your completed report, allow up to 14 days for your payment to be sent via PayPal.

We'd love for you to come back in few weeks and let us know about your experience with these companies!

Also. Payment is a little different. Some companies pay twice a month, and some only pay once a month.

I started mystery shopping in July 2019. It has been really fun. Some of these companies listed are under the MOTHER COMPANY SassieShops. BTW. This has been a nice way to help earn some extra money. Some shops allow you to conduct everything from your home. And they ask for your SSN, because they are giving you money. It is like a job. Of which you'll probably have to claim come tax time.

We used to do this many years ago and would consider doing it once again. It was very interesting to us.
