Mail-in Alternate Method: To receive your “Schedule A Test-Drive” and
”Verified Test Drive” points without scheduling a test drive, visiting a dealership
or obtaining a Unique Code, hand print your name, address, day and evening
phone numbers, email address (if any), and date of birth on two (2) 3" x 5"
pieces of paper and mail each separately in an envelope with proper postage to
”The Cherokee Effect: Join. Play. Earn Rewards,” c/o ePrize, Inc., PO Box 5046,
Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5046, Department: 802207, U.S.A. You will receive one
hundred (100) points into the Sweepstakes for your first envelope and ten (10)
points for your second envelope. Limit: Two (2) envelopes per person for a total
of one hundred ten (110) points for mailing in. All mail-in entries must be
handwritten and must be postmarked by the end date of each respective Monthly
Entry Period and received by Administrator five (5) business days later to be
eligible to win that month’s prize. All entries become the exclusive property of
Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or
submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected
or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.
