Hey Nicole, The rules for the Pureology "Love Your Haircolour Campaign" Game state that your gift will be delivered within 6-8 weeks. If you entered for this sample a few months ago, you should be receiving it soon unless they have disqualified you for signing up so many times.

The rules also state: "Limit: one (1) play per Smartphone/email address for the entire Promotion Period. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated number of plays by using same or multiple/different accounts, mobile telephones, or any other methods will void all of that person's plays and that person may be disqualified."

I requested for this sample about 7 times in the past few months and never received it yet...think it's a scam..has to be cause I never got mine.
