Hi Amanda, The $5 is not a credit that shows up in your account. It is a coupon that is automatically applied to your first purchase. Once you add an item to your cart, you will see the discount applied [See pic above].

it says my account balance is 0.00 when i made a new account. how do i get the 5.00 dollars?

Hi joyrachel, this offer is still available. The $5 discount is for new Glyde members that sign up through the green link in the post above. The $5 discount will be automatically applied to any purchase.
