FREE Genes for Good DNA Test from UMich (Facebook Required)
Interested in learning more information about your genes or ancestry? As a participant in Genes for Good, you can receive a FREE DNA Spit Kit that is used to collect your saliva sample to receive your DNA results. The kit comes with a postage paid return envelope so it won't cost you a thing. You will need a Facebook account to participate and you must complete 15 Health History Surveys and 20 Daily Tracking Surveys to get the free kit. Click here then sign up and provide information about your health and behavior by answering surveys. After you complete the minimum survey requirements (15 Health History Surveys and also complete 20 Daily Tracking Surveys), Genes for Good will send you a mail-in "spit kit" to collect your saliva sample free of charge. Please note: Providing a saliva sample is completely voluntary. If you choose to provide a saliva sample, Genes for Good will send you a consent form in hard copy together with the spit kit and ask for your signature. Without this signature they will be unable to process your saliva.
